Home Child Care Provider
Location: Surrey, BC, V3T 3W8
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Work Schedule: Morning, Day
Start Date: As soon as possible

- On-site: Work must be completed at the employer's residence. Remote work is not available.
Job Duties
- Provide attentive care and supervision to infants and children in a safe and nurturing home environment.
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training following parents' instructions.
- Sterilize bottles, prepare formula, and feed infants and young children.
- Bathe, dress, and assist children with daily personal care.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
- Plan and supervise age-appropriate educational, recreational, and outdoor activities.
- Teach children good hygiene, manners, and social skills.
- Follow parents' guidance when managing children's behaviour.
- Maintain records of children's daily routines, activities, and health information.
- Establish regular nap and rest routines.
- Escort children to and from school, appointments, and other scheduled activities.
- Assist with homework and support children's learning and development.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the children.
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children's care, including cleaning play areas, washing children's dishes, and laundering children's clothing.
- Support the children's emotional well-being and communicate regularly with parents regarding their progress and daily activities.
