AESTHETIC SERENITY SPA is a professional skincare and esthetics service provider operating multiple spa locations across Canada, including locations in St. Catharines and Burlington Ontario. We specialize in personalized facial treatments and advanced skincare services delivered by trained estheticians in a professional spa environment.

At this point we are looking for an experienced and hard-working building maintenance worker to join our team to quickly address maintenance issues ensuring functional environment that enhances the customer experience.

DUTIES:
- Make minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on facility equipment, appliances and furnishings.
- Perform routine inspections of the spa facility and building systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Conduct regular safety, security, and facility condition checks to ensure a safe environment for employees and clients
- Move furniture, equipment, supplies, and other materials as required
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, minor carpentry work, and general building upkeep
- Ensure that all maintenance work performed by the Building Maintenance Worker meets safety and sanitation standards
-Supervise external contractors and service providers when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Physically demanding
Willing to travel
