• Manage the restaurant budget to maintain and improve profitability.
• Control costs for food, beverages, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
• Review daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing based on costs and budget.
• Monitor sales and labour expenses to maintain appropriate staffing costs.
• Recruit, schedule, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Train employees on service standards and workplace procedures.
• Plan and coordinate daily restaurant activities and staffing.
• Establish service standards and implement effective operating procedures.
• Negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, and other required supplies.
• Coordinate catering bookings and negotiate arrangements with clients.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns promptly. 

Eligibility Requirements:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English oral and written communication and customer service abilities
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
