Landscaping Supervisor
GNR Holdings Group Ltd DBA The Grounds Guys located at 3950 191 Street Surrey, BC V3Z 0Y6
Salary: $38.50 hourly/ 30 to 40 hours per week
Position: Fulltime/Permanent
Minimum Education: High School
Language: English
Work Location: Various locations in lower mainland British Columbia
Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in Landscaping.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping and grounds-maintenance crews at residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule daily jobs, assign crew members, and monitor work to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Plan and oversee lawn mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, garden maintenance and seasonal clean-up services.
- Inspect completed work and ensure services meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Estimate and coordinate labour, landscaping materials, tools and equipment required for scheduled jobs.
- Order and maintain landscaping supplies, equipment and materials as required.
- Train and provide technical directions to landscaping workers on work procedures and equipment use.
- Resolve job-site problems and adjust crew assignments or work procedures when necessary.
- Maintain daily work records, crew timesheets, job reports and equipment records.
- Ensure crews follow company safety procedures and properly use landscaping equipment and personal protective equipment.
