Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, present menus, describe daily specials, and make informed recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously to dining room tables.
- Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service issues immediately.
- Prepare and serve specialty drinks and desserts according to restaurant recipes.
- Present bills to customers, accept payments, and operate payment terminals.
- Clear, clean, and reset dining tables, chairs, and service stations continuously.
- Adhere strictly to provincial food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service guidelines.
Employment Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred; training provided.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a busy restaurant environment.
