Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week with potential of overtime
Salary: $41.00 to $43.00/hr, depending on experience
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a heavy-duty equipment operator is required
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma (relevant to one type of heavy equipment listed bellow)

Responsibilities (Tasks):
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate heavy equipment including: Backhoe excavator & loader, Caterpillar (CAT) controls, John Deere controls, Compactor, Roller, Gravel or dump truck, Bobcats, Skidsteer.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Hire and train heavy equipment operators
- Prepare production and other reports
- Work as heavy equipment operator, when required
- Occasionally supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers (only if needed)
