Position: Barber Shop Manager

Work start date: As soon as possible
Job location: Suite 102 15335-56 Ave Surrey, British Columbia V3S 0X9
Wage rate: $39 per hour 40 hours per week.
Education: High School
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience.
Language: Good knowledge of English
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize and oversee daily barber shop operations to ensure efficient and professional service.
- Supervise, schedule, train and support barbers and other staff and monitor their performance.
- Establish and implement workplace procedures, customer service standards and shop policies.
- Monitor inventory and order barbering products, equipment and supplies as required.
- Monitor revenues, operating expenses, staffing costs and other shop expenditures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and service concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Recruit and train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and compliance with applicable health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate staff schedules and appointments to maintain adequate service coverage.
- Assist with advertising and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain operational records and review daily transactions and business performance.
