Job Description
Overview:
New York Fries is looking to hire 1 Full time (Minimum 30 hours per week) Food Service Supervisor at its Medicine Hat location.
Location: 3292 Dunmore Road S.E., Medicine Hat Mall, Medicine Hat, AB. T1B 2R4
Salary: CAD 19.50 PER HOUR
No. of Hours: 30 to 40 Hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules
Supervision
- Food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Kitchen and food service helpers
- Staff in various areas of responsibility
