Position - Food Service Supervisor

• Location - 95 Gwich'in Road, Inuvik, NT, X0E 0T0
• Salary - $23.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of employment - Permanent employment Full time

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• 1 year

Applicant will be performing the following duties:

• Make work schedules and establish methods to meet those schedules
• Providing the staff necessary training when required
• Making sure that sanitation and safety procedures are being followed properly
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who will prepare food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies and place inventory orders on time
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Prepare Summaries and Reports.
