Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Job Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them with the purchase of fuel, convenience-store merchandise, automotive products, and other services offered at the gas station.
• Discuss customers’ requirements and provide information regarding available fuel types, convenience-store products, automotive supplies, and promotional offers.
• Advise customers on the use and features of merchandise and provide information regarding products and services available at the station.
• Process sales transactions and accept cash, debit, credit card, and other approved forms of payment while ensuring accurate cash-register operation.
• Prepare and package merchandise for customer purchase and ensure that purchased items are properly handled and provided to customers.
• Assist with maintaining and organizing merchandise displays, shelves, coolers, and promotional areas to ensure products are properly presented and readily available.
• Monitor product availability and maintain sales and inventory records for convenience-store merchandise and automotive products.
• Operate computerized point-of-sale, inventory, and re-ordering systems and assist with replenishing merchandise as required.
• Handle lottery ticket sales and related transactions in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
• Assist customers with general inquiries regarding fuel, store products, payment procedures, and services available at the gas station.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales area and follow company health, safety, and security procedures.
