Pacific Blueberry Farm Ltd is currently hiring two full-time Farm Supervisors to support our agricultural operations. We are seeking reliable, physically capable, and motivated individuals who are willing to work in an outdoor farming environment.

Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of general farm workers and blueberry harvesting labourers.
- Oversee field preparation, clearing, planting, pruning, irrigation, fertilizing, and maintenance of blueberry crops.
- Supervise blueberry growing, harvesting, sorting, grading, packing, and other crop-related operations.
- Assign duties to farm workers and ensure all farming and harvesting activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor blueberry crop growth, quality, and harvesting activities to ensure production standards are maintained.
- Ensure farm safety, sanitation, and biosecurity procedures are followed by all workers.
- Maintain quality control, production records, daily work logs, and harvesting reports.
- Train new farm workers in proper blueberry picking, handling, packing, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist in hiring farm workers and evaluate their work performance.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate labour requirements during planting, growing, and harvesting seasons.
