Job Description

Canadian Dream Fruits Corporation is currently looking for 2 full-time Farm Supervisors who can start working on our farm located in Murray River (PE) as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and coordinate farm workers engaged in orchard activities, including harvesting, sorting, packing, pruning, thinning, weeding, and other crop-related tasks.
• Assign work to farm workers, monitor their performance, and oversee other crop-related operations.
• Prepare work schedules and establish procedures to coordinate daily and seasonal orchard activities.
• Train and instruct farm workers on proper work procedures, safe farming practices.
• Inspect harvested produce for quality and ensure proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
• Assist with general farm and orchard duties when required

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 1-year of farm experience.
• Basic knowledge of English.
