Overview:

Plan daily work schedules and production targets. Supervise Team Leads and their groups. Evaluate the performance of Team Leads and give them feedback. Oversee growing and other crop-related activities. Keep quality control and production records. When additional help is needed, assist the Greenhouse Labourer team with production tasks such as handling seedlings, operating equipment, and fertilizing, spraying, and irrigating crops.
