Job Description
2399968 Ontario Inc., O/A Punjabi By Nature, located at 8887 Gore Rd, Brampton, ON, L6P 2K9, requires 1 Indian Dessert Maker on a permanent/full-time basis.
Wages: $37/hour
Hours: 37.50 per week
Education—Not required
Experience—Must have 2 years to less than 3 years of verifiable experience.

Duties
- Prepare and produce restaurant-style desserts, including cakes, pastries, puddings, custards, mousses, cheesecakes, and other specialty or fusion desserts.
- Prepare dessert components such as creams, sauces, fillings, toppings, coulis, and garnishes required for dessert service.
- Assemble, decorate, and plate desserts according to the restaurant's presentation, portion, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain chilled and frozen desserts, ensuring proper storage, freshness, consistency, and temperature control.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistent taste, texture, portion size, appearance, and quality of all desserts.
- Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, hygiene, labeling, storage, and rotation of dessert ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain and clean the dessert preparation area, equipment, utensils, refrigerators, freezers, and workstations in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of desserts.
- Any other relevant tasks.
