Regal ExteriorLtd. located in Surrey, BC is currently hiring 1 full-time “Siding Installer” to join their growing team, who will be required to work at various locations in the Lower Mainland areas of BC.

Salary: $38.50 per hour

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible

Work Location: Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in the Lower Mainland area (BC) as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Position Responsibilities

• Read blueprints or work order specifications.
• Determine layout and installation procedures.
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
• Erect and install scaffolding or other working platforms.
• Prepare underlying surfaces for installation and perform minor repairs if needed for better installation lifetime.
• Install siding as per specifications and schematics for buildings using hand and power tools.
• Cut and trim materials to shape when fitting side around windows or corners, using knife, shears, or portable power saw.

Job requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of installation work experience in a similar field is required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
