Senior Consultant

About the job:

1. Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely completion
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, business processes, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize performance
3. Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines, under the guidance of a Career Advisor
4. Run workshops with key stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively
5. Mentor and guide a diverse team of talented consultants fostering their growth and enabling them to reach their highest potential
6. Develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions 
7. Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and building rapport through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and value-added service delivery, and uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact
8. Contribute to business development efforts and networking activities to identify new opportunities and expand our presence in the banking market
9. Contribute to the firm's growth initiatives
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, digital innovations, and best practices in the banking industry, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients
