Terms of Employment:
Contract/ Full-time 30 to 40  hours/week paid at $19/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen statt and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Recruit and hire staff
• Manage kitchen operations
• Operate Machinery
• Ensure that the quality of products meets establishd standards
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Inspectu kitchen and food service areas
• Prepare special orders

Work Conditions:

• Fast-paced environment and work on tight schedules
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Standing for extended periods
• Walking and Physically Demanding

Job requirements:

• At least high school  graduate or it's equivalent foreign graduates
• Work Experience of at least 2 years
• Can speak and write in English
