Job Descriptions:
• Assemble, install, and secure office furniture using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow blueprints, floor plans, or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures for office furniture and related components.
• Assist with loading and unloading furniture from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling and transport.
• Install furniture components in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Accurately measure and mark reference points and installation lines using appropriate measuring instruments for furniture installations.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, or replacements to damaged or malfunctioning furniture components as needed.
• Inspect all furniture components for defects or damage prior to installation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support the setup and installation process by collaborating with team members and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to workplace safety protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their furniture needs and provide cost estimates when necessary.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school is required.
• Experience in a similar field is required; however, on-the-job training will be provided.
