• -       Monitor vehicle locations and delivery progress using GPS and dispatch software.
• -       Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• -       Address delivery delays, emergencies, or driver concerns in real-time.
• -       Review and approve driver logs, timesheets, and delivery records.
• -       Maintain clear communication with clients regarding shipment status and issues.
• -       Train and supervise dispatch staff to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• -       Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• -       Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to senior management.
