Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre

Tasks: Direct and control daily operations; Evaluate daily operations; Plan and organize daily operations; Determine staffing requirements; Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages; Conduct performance reviews; Train staff; Conduct quality control; Write technical reports; Supervise staff or team; Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
