Retail Store Supervisor 

• Location: 685737 Oxford 2 Woodstock, ON N4S 7V9

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of gas station attendants and other staff members and assign duties to sales workers.
• Prepare sales reports, staff performance reviews, and other documentation as required by store management.
• Manage merchandise and fuel sales operations and generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staffing activities
• Oversee and contribute to daily sales activities, ensuring that the store meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Resolve problems such as customer complaints offering solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the store is adequately stocked.
• Recruit and onboard staff, and coordinate or provide necessary training programs
• Handle daily cash management tasks such as balancing tills, processing payments, and reconciling sales.
• Establish work schedules and resolve work conflicts.
• Maintain the store’s visual appeal by overseeing displays, fuel pumps, signage, and cleanliness.
