Company Overview:
We are a fast-paced warehouse and logistics company seeking an experienced Clamp Forklift Operator to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes and operate clamp forklifts safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a clamp forklift to safely handle, move, and stack pallets and large items
Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas
Organize inventory and ensure items are stored securely
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed
Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues
Qualifications:
Valid forklift operator certification, with experience on clamp forklifts
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime if required)
