About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to take a technical leadership role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide hands-on expertise across the entire development lifecycle—from design and coding to testing and deployment. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of talented Salesforce professionals while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Define and execute the overall technical strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering skill development and adherence to coding standards.
- Enforce best practices in development, deployment, and integration processes.
- Contribute hands-on to solution development, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality and compliance.
- Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce design patterns, performance optimization, and integration strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience on the Salesforce platform, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly preferred.
- Deep technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce’s declarative and programmatic capabilities, as well as system integration best practices.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving complex Salesforce implementations.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
