Job Description

2 Full-time permanent Food service supervisor available at Subway Sandwiches & Salads located at 1 Beaver Ave B20 Beaverton, ON, L0K 1A0, Canada:

Main Duties to be completed are as:

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Hire food service staff

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Prepare budget and cost estimates

Address customers' complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Prepare and submit reports

Prepare food order summaries for chef

Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

Supervise and check assembly of trays

Establish work schedules

Employment requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required.

Compensation:

$18.00hourly/35 hours per Week. Overtime starts after 35 hours
