Job Description

Job Duties:

 

  • Coordinate and assign work to team to provide information to customers and to handle post-sales customer services to parents
  • side of our school
  • Plan routine work and office procedures within the client service Perform general customer service duties
  • Might order supplies and maintain workstations
  • Able to analyse situation and resolve client service issues.
  • Identify customer service issues and train the team for improvements
  • Able to make sound decisions in client service matters.
  • Periodically make report to present to the team to improve customer service
  • Follow-up clients’ question and complaints with Chinese social medias. (e.g. WeChat)
  • Familiar with needs with the market

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A minimum of post secondary education
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service
  • Excellent understanding and communication skills in Mandarin

 

Compensation:

 

  • The compensation for this position is 26CAD per hour on 35 hour work week Monday to Friday
  • This will be salary-based position with paid overtime, bonuses and 4% vacation allowance as per Ontario regulation
