Job Description
Manufacturing Manager is requried to perform the following duties:
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate daily operations.
- Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Plan and allocate work to ensure optimal utilization of labour and machinery resources and to ensure delivery commitments and project labour budgets are met.
- Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure functional operating plant infrastructure,
- Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures
- Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques to ensure that there is adequate trained staff to support projected business volume.
