Job Description

352999 BC LTD. (DBA: ROYAL LODGE MOTEL) is looking for a “Motel Manager” for their motel situated at 580 Old Hope Princeton Way, Hope, BC. V0X 1L4

Salary: C$ 26.50/ hour for 40 hours per week

Job: Permanent/ Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Language Requirement: English

Education:  Secondary (high) school certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Main Duties:

• Prepare marketing plans and promotional strategies and Implementing marketing activities
• Prepare budget and monitor revinue and expenses
• Establish work and training schedules and monitor the work of the staff
• Enforce policies and procedures as directed
• Negotiate with the suppliers for the material and supplies as and when needed.
• Develop and implement business plans.
• Resolve customers complaints

Additional Skills:

• Must be a team player, cooperative and focused.
• Taking full responsibility of safety procedures while working.
