BASANT SWEETS SHOP LTD. is looking for a “Catering Service Manager” to join their team located in Surrey, BC, Canada

Salary: $26/Hour for 40 hours per week

Job Description:

• Negotiate arrangement with the suppliers for the food and other supplies including sanitary.
• Negotiate with the clients for catering.
  Will have to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the Catering.
• Control inventory, keep a check on the revenue and inform the employer.
• Modify the procedures and pricing as per the requirement after discussing with the employer.    
• Implement operational procedures after determining the demand. Recruit the staff and train them as per their responsibilities and the job duties.
• Set staff work schedule and monitor staff perfrmance. Educating staff all the safety measures to be followed and checking time and again.
• Resolve complaints of the customers and ensure health and safety regulations are followed every time.

Employment Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is must. Have at least 2 years experience in the relevant field.
