Job Description

Location:  Mississauga, ON L5S 1X8

Salary:     $24 hourly for 40 hours per week

Terms of employment:  Permanent Full time (35 to 40 hours / week)

Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning

Specific Skills

Establish work schedules

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Assign sales workers to duties
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Organize and maintain inventory
Prepare reports on sales volumes and trends
Merchandising: receiving deliveries, checking against invoice and stocking to planogram.
Inventory Management: Preparing orders for management to review and submit
Personnel Management: Training new staff members, preparing bi-weekly work schedule, assigning duties to sales associates
Reviewing daily shift reports to ensure they are balanced, and highlight any concerns to management.
Reconciling daily back office system to company standards
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints, incidents, maintenance issues and supply shortages
Maintain a close working relationship with vendor sales reps

Ability to Supervise
1 to 2 people, 3-4 people
