Job Description

Sous Chef

Job Location: 1095 Mainland Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 5P9

Salary: $15.50 hourly

Hours: 40 Per week

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Language: English

Education: completion of secondary school

Experience: 2 years of related experience

Job Duties:

•             Prepare and cook full course meals as per restaurant menu.

•             Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.

•             Inspect kitchens and food service areas.

•             Cooking and handling of food.

•             Maintain inventory and records of food.

•             Hire and train new employees.

•             Perform other related duties as required by head chef.
