Bakery Supervisor
- Prepare dough, mixtures, and icing for baked goods to recipe specifications
- Ensuring that product quality and standard is maintained
- Bake dough and mixtures using correct baking protocol
- Ensure that goods are baked on schedule and are as fresh as possible
- Monitor inventory to purchase baking ingredients and supplies
- Supervising the team and assisting the Team Leader with daily operations
- Instrumental in maintaining positive and productive work environment through training
- Monitor sales to determine product demand in order to determine quantity of goods to produce.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $19 hourly for 40 working hours per week
Benefit: 4% paid holiday
Qualifications / Skills / Requirements
- Education: High School
- Experience: 2-3 years of baking experience
- Language: Speak English, read English, and write English
