Job Description
MANPREET KHAIRA PHYSIOTHERAPIST CORPORATION, (DBA) KHALSA PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC requires Physiotherapist Assistants that will be placed in their clinic located in Surrey, BC, Canada.
- Position: Physiotherapy Assistant
- Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time (40 hours weekly)
- Vacancy: 2
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Salary: $25.50/Hourly
Language: English
- Experience: Atleast 1 year in relevant field
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
- Location: Unit-4, 8388 128st. Surrey, BC, V3W 4G2
Physiotherapy Assistant (NOC 3237) will have to perform all of these duties:
- Assist Physio’s between patient treatments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities
- Assist during assessment of patients and carry out treatment programs
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Liaising with patients and discussing treatment plans
- Demonstrating exercises and monitoring patient progress
- Chasing and generating potential leads and closing appointment sales
- Ability to listen and have rapport with clients.
- Take patients' general medical and document patient’s rehabilitation progress.
