Job Duties:

Cook complete meals or specialty foods, such as pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meat, poultry and fish dishes.

Educate, instruct and train cooks in planning, preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.

Oversee kitchen operations

Make and create new recipes

Makes Special Event menus according to the budget of the group.

Create decorative food displays for special functions and Guests.

Makes special meals as per the client’s cuisine taste.

May plan complete menus.

May requisition food and kitchen supplies.
