Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 year
Wage: C$ 27/hour
Working Hours: 8 Hours per day or 40 hours per week (Full-Time), Permanent
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year
HR Adviser’s responsibilities:
Contact potential applicants/freelancers/contractors to arrange interviews
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Advise job applicants/freelancers/contractors on requirements and terms and conditions of work.
Collect and screen applicants
Prepare and post notices and advertisements
Identify current and prospective staffing/contracting requirements
Notify applicants/freelancers/contractors of results of selection process and prepare offers
Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange training
Provide information or services such as assistance, counselling and recognition programs
Personal Suitability: Flexibility; Accurate; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Reliability.
