Job Description

Eternity Transport Ltd. a well-known transportation company based at 26103 30A Ave, Langley, BC – V4W 2X6 is looking for Two (02) full-time, permanent Accounts Payable Clerk (NOC:1431) to join their company.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Completion of High School is required. Any further related education would be considered an asset.
2. 1-2 years of experience in related field is required.
3. Knowledge of English Language

Work Locations: 26103 30A Ave, Langley, BC – V4W 2X6.

Compensation & Wages:

1. $22.00/hr for 40 Hours per week + 4% Vacation pay on each schedule pay cheque
2. Overtime @ $33.00/hr after every 40 hours
3. 5 Days of Sick leave per year

Job Responsibilities:

1. Entering of invoices and transactions in Axon (computerized accounting system)
2. Credit card transactions
3. Monthly bank reconciliation
4. Credit card reconciliation
5. Inventory control & management
6. Payroll, owner operator statements payments, fuel reports and E-transfers
7. Liaising with vendors, preparing vendor payments via cheques and credit cards
8. Liaising with statutory authorities in acquiring transportation permits
9. Liaising with drivers and owner operators on daily basis.
10. Assisting the Accounts Receivable on inter-company entries and reconciliations
11. Assisting in monthly and yearly financial reporting
12. Any further job duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor and Controller
