Position Summary

Jacobsen Enterprises Ltd. DBA Lakewood Inn looking for a Motel Manager to join its team.  The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies This includes recruiting, training, and conducting staff performance reviews.  Creating work schedules and planning daily operations; along with addressing any customer complaints or concerns that may arise.

Salary: $26.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Start Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Vacation: 4% of gross salary in lieu of vacation time

Work Location: 365 S. Hwy 97, 100 Mile House, BC V0K 2E0

Employment conditions: Must be available for the day, evening, weekend, and overtime shifts. 

Education: College/CEGEP 

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience

Job Description
