  • Plan event details and outline scope of the event; Scout event venues
  • Co-ordinate event logistics and services, including technology and equipment needed to run the event, food, drinks, transportation, and lodging
  • Run the day to day administration of the event, which includes monitoring registration, tracking RSVPs, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Develop content for event using graphic design, sales, marketing, and communication techniques
  • Develop content for virtual webinars promoting immigration pathways for international students
  • Create graphics necessary for event presentations; Use graphics and multimedia design to communicate ideas to maximize international student outreach
  • Implement marketing and creative strategies to promote immigration pathways for international students
  • Use social media platforms to engage, communicate with and deliver message to potential and current international students
  • Have advanced knowledge of Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat and Excel
  • Proficient in the Tagalog language and/ or an Asian language to effectively communicate with the Filipino education market and access a strong network of agents, international educators, and prospective students is recommended
  • Have understanding of cultural expectations, etiquette, and business practices of event destination to plan a successful international event; Previous working experience in the Asian market is an asset
  • Able to travel as seminars can be held overseas
